After four years of study, graduates should have a solid knowledge of mathematics, natural sciences, and professional knowledge, especially programming fundamentals, data structures and algorithms, computer networks, operating systems, databases, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. They will be able to propose effective solutions to engineering problems in the field of computer science and technology, and possess the ability for independent learning and keeping up with cutting-edge technologies. Graduates will be qualified to take up positions such as software engineers, system developers, or technical assistants in fields related to computer applications within the IT industry, research institutions, enterprises, and public service sectors. They will also possess a broad literacy in humanities and social sciences, a strong sense of social responsibility, and an awareness of engineering ethics. In addition, they will have basic proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as an international perspective, enabling them to communicate and collaborate in cross-cultural contexts.
